Job Title: Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our senior Management team, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Aftersales / Service department, leading the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue through effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our service delivery remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the food processing and packaging machinery industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex service delivery issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business growth through effective service delivery.
