  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, address any concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales Support: Identify and present cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to customers.
  • Catalog and Sample Requests: Manage requests for catalogs, information, and samples effectively.
  • Team Support: Assist local Customer Service teams and provide support to other teams as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a distribution or electronic components industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Salary - £25K - £30K

Office based role, 37.5 hrs a week, Monday- Friday
