We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Sales Support team as a Customer Support Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Input all orders daily, ensuring they are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Order Monitoring: Continuously monitor online orders and process them accordingly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise with the Sales teams to validate order information and resolve any customer queries or issues.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate the root cause of customer issues, apply corrective actions, and suggest preventative measures to improve customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Respond to pricing requests, sales enquiries, and forward qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate Sales team.
- Product Promotion: Promote the full range of products and services to customers, identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Operational Support: Liaise with the Operations department to ensure customer requirements are met, including costs and timescales for dispatching large or multiple orders.
- Customer Retention: Make courtesy calls to follow up on activities, ensure customer retention, and identify future sales opportunities.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional email communication.
- Professional Manner: A professional telephone manner, able to communicate clearly and concisely to business customers.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Administrative Skills: Accurate and efficient administration, including the use of company systems and software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, including identification of root cause and improvements.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to recognize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
