Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents, addressing their needs with sensitivity and professionalism.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and have experience in roles such as retirement living, hospitality, or social care. You should be comfortable working independently while also engaging with residents regularly.
