Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of self-control and self-confidence.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment

This is an office setting with a physical proximity to other employees. Some background noise from other employees, copy machine, and telephone may be present.

Physical Demands
  • Sits 80%, stands 10%, and walks 10% of the time.
  • Must communicate clearly to answer members' questions and to describe member services.
  • Must listen intently to members' questions and concerns in order to facilitate quality service.
  • Visual acuity is necessary in completing forms for members, such as check order forms, deposit and withdrawal slips, savings documentation, etc.
