Position Overview: Malaberg is seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist with a strong background in managing substantial advertising budgets for eCommerce or affiliate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of practical experience in planning, executing, and refining Google ad campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and oversee Google advertising initiatives to meet organizational goals.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding approaches.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to consistently elevate ad performance and effectiveness.
  • Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce captivating ad content and visuals.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and impactful.
  • Manage financial resources effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Employ advanced targeting techniques, including custom and lookalike audiences, to connect with ideal customer segments.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges related to campaign execution and performance.
  • Offer insights and suggestions for ongoing enhancement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in digital advertising or a proven track record of managing significant Google ad expenditures.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing high-budget Google ad campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the proficiency to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads Manager and associated tools.
  • Experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, and sophisticated targeting strategies.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and trends within the eCommerce sector.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
