The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily functions within the export division, ensuring the generation of precise final documentation for banking processes or direct customer transactions while adhering to strict timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound communication
  • Creating daily loading schedules and verifying loading images
  • Coordinating with freight forwarding services via electronic and telephonic communication
  • Generating final documentation for letter of credit submissions to financial institutions or direct to clients for export collection or immediate payment
  • Addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining and updating data in Excel spreadsheets
  • Handling a substantial volume of electronic correspondence
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure equitable distribution of tasks
As an Export Administrator, candidates should possess significant administrative expertise along with proficient skills in Excel and Word.

In return, a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £27,000 will be offered based on experience. The role entails standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with a structured schedule and a half-hour lunch break. Employees will receive 20 days of annual leave in addition to statutory holidays, a workplace pension scheme, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes discounts in hospitality and retail.
