Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Database Management: Maintain and update our product database to ensure accurate customer requirements are reflected.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders from start to finish, including receipt, stock availability checks, and invoicing.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, manage claims for discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
  • Sales Forecasting: Regularly update sales forecasts in SAP, track stock levels for all branded SKUs, and prepare necessary documentation for customer meetings.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with third-party warehouses, haulers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • A high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP/IFS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, with a focus on clear and timely communication.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
