Customer Service Coordinator

At Valeo Foods, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Database Management: Maintain and update our product database to ensure accurate customer requirements are reflected.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders from start to finish, including receipt, stock availability checks, and invoicing.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, manage claims for discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Sales Forecasting: Regularly update sales forecasts in SAP and track stock levels for all branded SKUs.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with third-party warehouses, haulers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- A high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP/IFS systems is a plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, with a focus on clear and timely communication.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
