Customer Service Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Valeo Foods. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain and update product databases for our commercial team, ensuring accurate customer requirements are reflected.
* Process customer orders efficiently, from receipt to invoicing, including stock availability checks.
* Respond to customer inquiries, manage claims for discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
* Regularly update sales forecasts in SAP, track stock levels for all branded SKUs, and prepare necessary documentation for customer meetings.
* Collaborate with third-party warehouses, haulers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery processes.

**Requirements**

* High degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP/IFS systems is a plus.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, with a focus on clear and timely communication.
* Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in the food industry and commitment to maintaining quality.
