Role Overview
The Client Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for our helpdesk, responsible for receiving and managing all client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
This role is essential in providing a customer-centric service, addressing all client requests and resolving complaints with sensitivity and care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing client requests via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution in line with service level agreements.
- Logging relevant information into our database to facilitate accurate work allocation to the appropriate departments.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including mail distribution, typing, and managing incoming calls to enhance customer service responsiveness.
- Regularly reviewing logged inquiries to monitor completion times and providing feedback to clients regarding their requests.
- Maintaining the database with updated statuses of completed and pending tasks to ensure transparency.
- Acting as the central point of contact for all inquiries, following established logging procedures.
- Communicating instructions to staff and documenting actions taken in response to client requests to help meet performance targets.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve operational objectives and manage a variety of tasks effectively.
- Adhering to Health and Safety policies and standards while supervising the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Supporting team performance and addressing individual performance issues as necessary.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in a call center environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proven ability to build strong working relationships.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service through teamwork and collaboration.
