We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly driven individual to become a Client Support Specialist within our Supported Living Services. This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to our well-established services that assist individuals with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong skills in effective communication and engagement, demonstrating unwavering respect for the individuals we serve. Proficiency in needs assessment and proactive risk management is essential, ensuring that support plans promote an active and fulfilling lifestyle with a focus on a 'can do' attitude.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:

  • Deliver outcome-oriented support to empower clients to lead meaningful and valued lives, sustain their tenancies, engage in their local communities, and more.
  • Address the needs of our clients effectively while taking on additional responsibilities such as managing schedules, onboarding new staff, and supervising team members.
  • Work flexibly, which may include evening and weekend shifts as well as overnight stays.
  • Participate in our local on-call system.
  • Administer medication as required.

In addition to providing direct support, the Client Support Specialist role includes designated off-schedule time, designed to facilitate the management of service delivery. This position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, as we provide favorable working conditions and a supportive management culture.

A valid, up-to-date driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as travel within the area is required.
