About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Local Marketing Associate to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our Local Marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement at a hyper-local level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to evaluate and prioritize commercial needs and opportunities within priority areas.
  • Use data and insight to build customer-focused and data-driven marketing strategies to capitalize on local opportunities.
  • Develop campaigns from ideation through to measurement, working closely with the Media and Campaigns side of the team to bring them to life for customers.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver campaigns on-budget and optimize activity throughout.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to report on CPIO/ROI and learnings, sharing those within the Local Marketing team and the wider Marketing team.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing or agency experience, managing end-to-end campaigns from ideation through to measurement.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with interpreting data to develop marketing solutions to commercial problems.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and confident in presenting ideas.
