In this influential role, you will collaborate closely with the HR team and business leaders to drive various human resources functions. Your primary focus will be to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, provide expert HR guidance, and implement strategies that foster employee engagement and enhance overall performance. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate internal data and insights to pinpoint 'people' priorities for the organization and engage in meaningful discussions with management.
  • Leverage HR expertise to devise solutions that bolster the business strategy.
  • Assist in the design, development, and execution of strategic projects and change management efforts.
  • Address complex employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and intricate disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and manage processes related to workforce reductions, organizational restructuring, succession planning, and more.
  • Mentor and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy execution.
  • Stay informed on employment legislation and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance within the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions across the organization that align with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure that the objectives of direct reports are in sync with organizational goals and their personal development.

Your Qualifications

We seek an individual with a strong ethical foundation and a people-focused approach to HR, along with the following qualifications:

  • CIPD Qualification
  • Prior experience in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and a commitment to ongoing HR education and development
  • Proactive interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with managers and employees at all levels
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Leadership skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships across the organization
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels
