We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a Diagnostics Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.

**What You'll Need**

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
