About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor at Argos Limited. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on products and services, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
