About the RoleAs a Senior Practice Pharmacist, you will be responsible for service delivery at cluster level and have an active role in training other staff. You will work alongside our existing and expanding team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and medicines management support workers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care
- Develop and implement service development initiatives to improve patient care
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Work collaboratively with the GP Practice Team to deliver excellent patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
