Your Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in refining our commercial offerings, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the ambitious growth targets of our organization.

Key responsibilities in your role as Marketing Manager include:

  • Crafting and executing a localized marketing strategy for Kingspan Data & Flooring UK that aligns with our global brand and marketing communications approach.
  • Collaborating with various departments and managing external partners to implement campaigns that boost brand recognition, generate leads, and foster revenue growth.
  • Designing and executing digital marketing initiatives across diverse channels such as email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Analyzing competitor and customer market insights to guide critical marketing decisions.
  • Tracking and evaluating the success of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying avenues for innovation and expansion.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual across the Marketing Division.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the company's compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Report any compliance concerns, issues, or failures.
  • Engage in required training sessions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a Marketing Manager capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in an agency or in-house marketing role, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Experience executing campaigns using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with the capability to serve as the local Salesforce ambassador.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, collaborative team player with a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A self-starter, capable of managing projects independently.
  • Reporting to and supporting the Marketing Director, this role will be dynamic and diverse, requiring strong interpersonal skills to interact across teams, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and innovative.
