Strategic Leader for Imaging Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior General Manager to lead the strategic development of Imaging services in Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. With a budget of over £ billion, the Group is united to ensure better care is provided to a population of over million people.
The Senior General Manager will be the Divisional lead for the strategic business planning and performance of the Division. They will also provide advice and support to the Director of Imaging Services and the Care Group Board on relevant matters.
As part of this transition, the Group is seeking to appoint a Senior General Manager to lead the strategic developments of Imaging services. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive strategic business planning and performance.
Main Duties of the Job
The Senior General Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic development of Imaging services, including the development of business plans and strategies to achieve the Group's objectives. They will also provide advice and support to the Director of Imaging Services and the Care Group Board on relevant matters.
The Senior General Manager will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with the ability to drive strategic business planning and performance. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
