Job Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the onsite Supervisor while stationed at a significant facility for a global leader in defense, aerospace, and security.
  • Play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information across air, maritime, land, and cyber sectors.
  • Secure the premises, including overseeing a static guardhouse, while protecting company assets and the welfare of clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular patrols throughout the expansive facility, monitoring both internal and external perimeters.
  • Stay vigilant to identify and deter any suspicious or threatening behavior, maintaining control until authorities arrive.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, documenting and reporting any faults or hazards.
  • Utilize radios and other security equipment as required on site.
  • Perform initial investigations and provide detailed reports on incidents, suspicious activities, and vehicles.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a verifiable 5-year history of education or employment.
  • Must have held British Nationality for the past 5 years due to client stipulations.
  • Driving licence is essential for travel between locations.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate assertively.
  • Capability to remain composed and uphold professionalism in all situations.
  • A resilient attitude towards security responsibilities.
