Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis. The successful candidate will be based in the heart of the west end, working in our office five days a week and acting as the go-to person for all office-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Provide support to the Managing Director, handling administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and events, and manage the office calendar.
  • Maintain office supplies, ensure the office is well-stocked, and create a pleasant work environment.
  • Handle front-of-house duties, greeting clients and providing a warm welcome.
  • Coordinate with international offices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Update the database with procedures and log data, ensuring accurate records.
  • Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are available and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office platforms and other software applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
