We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global financial services provider, driving integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers for a key consumer finance savings product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the marketing and digital strategy for the B2C financial services business
  • Assist with paid media programs to maximize engagement with existing clients and attract new customers
  • Collaborate with the business to develop ATL and BTL acquisition and retention strategies
  • Execute marketing plans that meet business objectives, are delivered on time, and within budget
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and internal teams to support the marketing team
  • Optimize marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with a focus on digital activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar B2C marketing role, with a track record of paid media success
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel
  • Proficient in managing external relationships and internal stakeholders/partners
  • Naturally creative, with a talent for generating innovative ideas
  • Digital marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and Social Media
  • Proficient copywriting skills to support the enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners

What We Offer:

  • c£40-£50,000 base salary
  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • 3 days in the office
