We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to become a part of our expanding Broker Sales team. This role offers the chance to work within a forward-thinking and innovative company, in a collaborative team setting that fosters professional growth.

As a Sales Executive for Broker Relations, you will report directly to the Broker Sales Team Manager and take charge of your own portfolio, focusing on expanding existing client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new partnerships through proactive outreach initiatives.
  • Ensuring high-quality support for brokers, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Monitoring and adhering to all operational protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to optimize resources for brokers.
  • Supporting team members to achieve collective operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2 years of sales experience, although comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience in a multilingual environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of insurance products or outbound sales experience is preferred.
  • A proven history of achieving sales targets.
