Are you a highly motivated and focused individual looking for a challenging role in a rapidly expanding Broker Sales team?

We are seeking a talented Sales Broker to join our dynamic team environment, where you will have the opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and progressive organization.

As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts, growing the existing book of business, and identifying and winning new partnerships through proactive outbound call campaigns.

You will also be responsible for providing the highest levels of broker support, striving for first contact resolution, and ensuring that all operating procedures and regulations are followed in line with FSA and Cigna guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strive to achieve company KPIs across Sales
  • Communicate effectively with team and senior management
  • Provide the highest levels of broker support
  • Ensure compliance with FSA and Cigna guidelines
  • Monitor turn-around times to ensure contacts are settled within required time scales
  • Build relationships with internal departments

Requirements:

  • 2 years sales experience preferred, but not essential – full sales training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Outbound sales experience or knowledge of insurance products preferred
  • A proven track record of success
