About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and focused individual to join our rapidly expanding Broker Sales team as a Broker Sales Executive.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts, growing the existing book of business, and identifying and winning new partnerships through proactive outbound call campaigns.

You will also be responsible for providing exceptional broker support, striving for first contact resolution, and ensuring that all operating procedures and regulations are followed in line with FSA and Cigna guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strive to achieve company KPIs across Sales
  • Communicate effectively with team and senior management
  • Provide the highest levels of broker support
  • Ensure compliance with FSA and Cigna guidelines
  • Monitor turn-around times to ensure contacts are settled within required time scales
  • Build relationships with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefit of the Broker
Requirements
  • 2 years sales experience preferred, but not essential – full sales training will be provided
  • Ability to work under own initiative and be proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workload to meet individual and team targets
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs in a professional and confident manner
  • Ability to exercise judgement
  • Maintain a positive attitude and good work ethic
