Ecommerce Director

We're seeking a seasoned Ecommerce professional to lead our direct-to-consumer Ecommerce brand to the next level of growth and success.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify website and tech stack to ensure seamless customer experiences and high conversion rates.
- Build and implement conversion rate optimization strategies across the website and business.
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business-level cohesiveness and alignment.
- Develop and manage a team of Ecommerce professionals to drive growth and success.
About You:
- 8+ years of experience in Ecommerce leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and success.
- Expertise in Shopify and other Ecommerce technologies, with experience in managing complex coding implementations.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
