We operate numerous restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and sushi kiosks, and have successfully launched a cut fruit venture, Snowfruit. Our combined operations, including those previously owned by Zensho, generate annual sales of $2.5 billion and an EBITDA exceeding $140 million, with ambitious growth plans.

Role Overview:
The Lead IT Support Specialist will oversee service management, delivering high-quality, effective, and professional services to various business units. This position involves troubleshooting, installation, application support, testing, maintenance, and documentation. The role encompasses both routine support and project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proficient understanding of the ITIL framework and incident/change management, with preferred qualifications.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and writing skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proven ability to perform well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines, demonstrating practical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient telephone and reporting skills, particularly when coordinating with third-party support for issue resolution.
• Adherence to change management procedures to ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Engage in problem management by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to achieve resolutions.
• Experience in project management or participation in projects.
• Familiarity with Office365 suite, VPN and connectivity tools, Windows Desktop OS, endpoint protection software, printing technologies, Epos systems, and Cisco Meraki.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure administration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of HP hardware.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery, optimization, and enhancement of system processes and data.
• Improve IT service processes and procedures.
• Facilitate the delivery of new sites.

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in 2nd line IT support, with some foundational 3rd line IT experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, AD, Windows 10 & 11, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Valid driving license.
