About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and engagement for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reputation
  • Regularly update and optimize our website to reflect current initiatives and engage visitors
  • Oversee content calendars and produce high-quality materials
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to inform and engage our audience
  • Implement strategies to identify and secure key strategic partnerships and industry awards
  • Create professional documents, PowerPoint presentations, promotional flyers, social media graphics, and event materials to effectively support and promote our business
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports offering key insights and recommendations to our leadership team
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a strong background in campaign management and a keen eye for design and detail. You will have a genuine interest in sustainability and a commitment to our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) agenda.

You will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong expertise in using digital marketing tools, design software, analytics platforms, survey tools, content management systems, and Microsoft Office
  • A demonstrated ability to take initiative and continuously learn and improve
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulousness in producing high-quality materials
  • Expertise in managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate performance
  • Innovative thinking for designing engaging content, promotional materials, and effective social media strategies
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
