Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and uncovering new opportunities to engage our members and clients.

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reputation
• Regularly update and optimize the website to reflect current initiatives and engage visitors
• Oversee content calendars and produce high-quality materials
• Execute email marketing campaigns to inform and engage members
• Implement strategies to identify and secure key strategic partnerships and industry awards
• Create professional documents, PowerPoint presentations, promotional flyers, social media graphics, and event materials to effectively support and promote our business
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports offering key insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to review and develop new processes and initiatives

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a keen eye for design and detail. You will be skilled in using digital marketing tools, design software, analytics platforms, and content management systems.

• Salary: £30,000 + profit share + discretionary bonus
• Holidays: 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays plus 1 day for birthday
