Our esteemed client is in search of a dedicated individual to enhance the office operations through a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and registers
  • Gathering and organizing information for multiple projects
  • Managing contracts and issuing necessary legal documents
  • Overseeing warranties and the processing of orders
  • Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and organization of project files
  • Archiving information within the system
  • Handling insurance documentation
  • Fostering positive relationships with external partners
  • Performing all related administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Friendly and professional telephone communication skills

Personal Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal skills; capable of interacting confidently with individuals at all levels
  • Good educational background
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach
  • Willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to £27,000 per annum
  • Standard working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
