Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through the provision of an individual bespoke service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a world-class customer experience by greeting and engaging with customers, answering their queries, and assisting with purchases.
- Support colleagues in other areas of the store as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and adhere to all health and safety policies at all times.
- Take an active role in supporting in-store events, providing ideas and feedback on ways to improve.
- Contribute to maintaining sophisticated retail and visual standards to capture the customers' imagination and drive sales.
- Take an active role in loss prevention within the store.
- Relevant customer-facing experience that reflects the role.
- A passion for working with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- A desire and ability to deliver sales against targets set.
- Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers.
- Be a team player.
