About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our Utilities team at First Recruitment Services. As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain risk assessments and RAMS documents
  • Attend meetings and take accurate notes
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure adherence to company confidentiality and sensitivity policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Driver with own transport
  • Previous administration and customer service experience

What We Offer
