Job Title: Credit Control Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Manager to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing customer accounts, managing treasury functions, and providing financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account Management: Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments and accurate allocation to customer accounts.
  • Credit Control: Engage in proactive communication with customers to manage overdue accounts effectively.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide the Financial Controller with regular updates, including monthly reports and KPI analysis.
  • Treasury Management: Manage and reconcile sales ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within credit control and treasury functions.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular credit checks to monitor and maintain customer credit levels.
  • Team Support: Offer guidance and training to internal teams regarding credit policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Solid experience in a similar role, particularly within credit control and exposure to treasury management.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Qualifications: Keen attention to detail and the ability to present information in a professional manner.
  • Education: Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proficiency with Sage Intacct is essential.
