We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing customer accounts, managing treasury functions, and providing financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Credit Control: Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments and accurate allocation to customer accounts.
- Treasury Management: Manage and reconcile sales ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.
- Financial Reporting: Provide the Financial Controller with regular updates, including monthly reports and KPI analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within credit control and treasury functions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with invoicing and sales teams to resolve any disputes related to billing or payments.
- Experience: Solid experience in a similar role, particularly within credit control and exposure to treasury management.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, proactive approach to problem-solving, keen attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Qualifications: Proficiency with Sage Intacct is essential.
