Role Overview

The Electrical Site Services Engineer is responsible for overseeing and executing all scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks while addressing reactive service requests for electrical systems at designated client locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute PPM directives received from the management system and perform maintenance activities as specified.
  • Ensure that all maintenance supplies are adequately stocked to facilitate uninterrupted service.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately in the Site Log Book for client verification.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Regularly inspect equipment to detect any reliability concerns and communicate findings effectively.
  • Engage with clients to resolve any service-related issues and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Uphold cleanliness in technical areas and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontracted services, if applicable, and report findings.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency service requests and keep clients informed of progress.
  • Propose enhancements for continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Complete maintenance tasks as scheduled by the management system.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive site records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
