Food and Beverage Director

21c Museum Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Food and Beverage Director to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and delivering the finest food and beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective service standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and quality.
- Collaborate with the hotel GM to build and maintain a culture of care, concern, and accountability.
- Manage relationships between FOH, BOH, and other departments to drive revenue and exposure.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating programs, systems, and promotions to drive sales.
- Oversee the development of the cocktail and wine program in conjunction with the Beverage Director.
- Partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and exposure for the property, restaurant, and events.
- Minimum five to eight years' experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant.
- Some hotel property experience preferred.
- Minimum two years of management/supervisory experience.
- Must show enthusiasm for the team, restaurant, events, the Brand, and the culture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
