Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants. As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in the management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and customer service.
