We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team at Virgin Media O2. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to our company.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors and have a positive, winning attitude. You will be responsible for hitting agreed sales targets, thinking on your feet when handling objections, and dealing with rejections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance in a target-driven environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivation and resilience to deal with rejections.

What We Offer

  • A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
  • Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
  • 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off, to treat yourself (pro-rata). Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs.
  • An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
  • Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan and life assurance.
