Basic Salary IRO £40-45k, Commission IRO £10k / Excellent package including car corporate benefits.
Role:
The Area Sales Manager / Account Manager will be responsible for the sale of a market-leading range of capital equipment and consumables that sterilise/decontaminate endoscopes after patient use. Selling to public and private hospitals, the role will be a mixture of new business and account management, and see the appointed person tasked with effectively managing and growing their patch. Full product training, an excellent induction programme, and sales support are offered to afford the Territory Manager every chance of success.
Applicant Requirements:
- Capital sales experience - Essential
- Medical sales - Essential UNLESS there is a capital sales person from broader Life Science space with a very strong track record.
- Relationship building/interpersonal skills - Essential
- Knowledge of the NHS structure - Advantageous
- Contacts or understanding of Endoscopy/ENT - Advantageous
- Attitude, personality, and drive are key
- Able to work autonomously and demonstrate previous sales achievements
- Maximum 3 points on licence
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in capital sales, with a proven track record of success. You will also need to have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of the NHS structure and contacts within the Endoscopy/ENT field would be advantageous.
