Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage conflicting responsibilities within set time scales, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Manage multiple inboxes to ensure timely responses to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complaint responses.

Requirements

  • Admin experience, with a focus on organization and customer service skills.
  • Excellent record keeping and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
