About the Role

EDB is seeking a seasoned ISV Senior Partner Account Executive to lead our ISV partner business in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing EDB's ISV and OEM partner network in the region, driving revenue growth, and expanding our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, recruit, and manage ISV partners in EMEA, driving revenue growth and expansion sales.
  • Manage and develop high-performing EMEA partners to achieve optimal performance, ensure loyal partnerships, and increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners at executive, sales, and technical levels, providing ongoing communication and support.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to identify and drive ISV/OEM partnerships, develop business and GTM plans, and track revenue milestones.
  • Ensure partner teams are suitably trained and enabled to drive incremental revenue, with a good technical understanding of Postgres and the Open-Source Database market.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in high-tech sales, channels, and business development, with a proven track record of building and expanding a partner ecosystem and driving revenue growth through channels.
  • Experience in closing a minimum of $3M using ISV partners and distribution channels, with a strong ability to work in a matrix team environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a solid working knowledge and experience with database or other infrastructure software products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a willingness to travel across the region.
