This client is a leading technology company and one of the world's most popular search engines.

This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between working from home and the client's offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their modern facilities and collaborative working spaces, as well as free meals, on-site gyms, outdoor spaces, roof gardens, and wellness rooms.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our end-to-end operations. You will be involved in projects to drive efficiency and enable the future scalability and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive the direct fulfillment program for our E-commerce business, including working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Partner closely with Senior Supply Chain Managers and Vendor Service teams to improve operational efficiency and maximize sell-in.
  • Manage operational reporting configurations, including new products, bugs, and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Operational experience within a fast-paced online sales environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with partners.
