Reporting StructureIn this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and serve as a vital member of the Senior Leadership team. Your primary focus will be to enhance performance and profitability in aftersales, service, maintenance, and parts, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.
Team LeadershipYou will lead and inspire a talented team of approximately 150 aftersales, service, and parts professionals, driving the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Strategically, you will collaborate with the Managing Director and manufacturer to achieve world-class service performance.

- Building strong relationships with manufacturers.
