Job Summary:

The CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the respiratory team and supporting the tactical implementation of medical strategy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Medical Managers and Medical Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of respiratory medicine, staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field.
  • Attend national and international scientific meetings, congresses, and events to stay informed and network with key stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead national advisory boards, working closely with Medical Managers and Medical Science Liaisons to ensure successful events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including patient organizations and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, commercial, and market access, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure adherence to the ABPI code of practice, internal policies, and relevant standards of practice.
  • Lead the development and implementation of medical strategy plans, working closely with the Head of Medical Affairs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical affairs, with a strong understanding of the respiratory medicine landscape.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects, with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of the ABPI code of practice and relevant standards of practice.
