The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of establishing their new office environments. Projects will encompass a range of scopes and will be executed under both Traditional and Design & Build methodologies. This position is integral to the technical team within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Assume full accountability for project delivery from start to finish, ensuring efficient management of all components.
  • Client Engagement: Deliver outstanding client service, serving as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Office Renovation Management: Direct the complete office renovation process for clients, providing expert guidance and resources at each phase.
  • Contract Development: Prepare Engagement Agreements for review by senior management prior to finalization with clients.
  • Client Consultation and Design: Develop and refine client briefs, assisting them through the design process to fulfill their requirements.
  • Procurement Guidance: Offer advice on procurement strategies and contract options that align with client objectives.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify critical project risks, assisting clients in understanding and mitigating these risks with actionable solutions.
  • Tender Management: Oversee the tendering process for contractors and suppliers on behalf of the client.
  • On-Site Management: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Post-Project Support: Conduct follow-up evaluations and assist clients through the project closure phase.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain robust client relationships, recognizing opportunities for additional services.
  • CRM Maintenance: Ensure client information is accurately updated in the CRM system.
  • Team Mentorship: Foster the growth and development of junior team members.
  • Business Growth Support: Collaborate with senior management in pitches and client meetings, and assist in identifying new business prospects.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide technical insights and support to the broader team.
  • Brand Development: Work with the marketing team to enhance and promote the technical services brand.
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualifications: Chartered status (MRICS) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Project Management Expertise: Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing projects on traditional and design-build bases.
  • Workplace Strategy Knowledge: Experience in advising clients on workplace strategies.
  • Leadership Qualities: A commitment to mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work.
  • Dependability: A reliable individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities.
  • Client Service Orientation: Strong capability to manage client relationships throughout the project.
