Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Admissions Support: Assist the Head of Admissions in processing visa applications, issuing CAS documents, and reviewing and processing student applications.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with the admissions and communication team to plan and coordinate open mornings, entrance assessments, and taster days.
