About the Role

The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager by spearheading the sales process and coordinating all admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator.

This position requires a well-organized and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and award-winning team at Avery Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting people politely and professionally, whether in person or by telephone.
  • Ensure the Front of House team adheres to company policy when answering phone calls.
  • Lead the process of show rounds and train staff to meet the expected standard.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
  • Support the General Manager in implementing a local marketing strategy.

  • Experience in a previous administration role, with sales experience being a plus.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Confidence in leading, training, and supporting a small team of Customer Service Advisors.
  • Strong customer relation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
