Key Responsibilities- Greet people politely and professionally whether in person or by telephone.
- Ensure Front of House team answer the phone in line with company policy.
- Manage the process of show rounds and train staff team to manage to the expected standard.
- Undertake competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
- Support the General Manager to implement local marketing strategy.
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have experience in a previous administration role, sales experience is preferred. You will possess effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner. You will be confident in leading, training and supporting a small team of Customer Service Advisors. You will have strong customer relation skills and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
