About the Role

We are seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Customer Service Manager.

Your focus will be to support the General Manager by taking the lead on the sales process and coordinating all admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet people politely and professionally whether in person or by telephone.
  • Ensure the Front of House team answers the phone in line with company policy.
  • Manage the process of show rounds and train staff to manage to the expected standard.
  • Undertake competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
  • Support the General Manager to implement local marketing strategy.

Our ideal candidate must:

  • Have experience in a previous administration role, sales experience is preferred.
  • Possess effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Be confident in leading, training, and supporting a small team of Customer Service Advisors.
  • Have strong customer relation skills.
  • Be able to prioritise and manage own workload.
