We are in search of a Strategic Sourcing Project Leader to become an integral part of our team and spearhead essential initiatives.

Position Overview

  • Supervise the operational execution of all Sourcing Projects on-site
  • Partner with the Global Commodity team to implement Commodity strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute project strategies for Sourcing initiatives
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage site resources effectively to guarantee timely project delivery
  • Establish risk management protocols for all projects
  • Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of components from suppliers
  • Lead and optimize project resources efficiently

Essential Qualifications

BSc degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience

At least 5 years in Sourcing Management

Strong expertise in Project Management

Experience with a global supply chain

Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate within cross-functional teams

Desirable Qualifications

Familiarity with trends in the Aerospace industry

Core competencies in analytical thinking, customer orientation, and more
